Hi all,
When started working for Company A it used to operated from 2 diffrent locations Newjersy ,New hampshire (Excutive office).
My Company applied Labor from NH in March 2005 (before perm).6 months back my case was moved to New York regional center ( i am not sure why it is moved to NY insted of newark NJ).
Recently they closed (in April 2010) the NH Branch .
What will happen to my green card ..? (labor is applied for NH location)
When i check with my employer he is saying NH location is Executive office it will not have any impact .
if reuqired he is ready open office in NH with new address
What should i Do...? i am totally in confusion state .. and now my dates current from july ,2010.

I was just wondering if it's posible to create my own specific 3D form on Swift 3D v2. The kinda one like a sample head given.
If not, what programes could i use to create that forms and then import them to Swift?

My parents-in-law visited the USA in the last week on B1/B2 visa. At the port of entry the immigration officer marked the expiration date on I-94 for my father-in-law for 6 months and however did not mark the expiry date on my mother-in-law�s I-94.
As they are visiting first time they did not know the procedure and they could not bought this to the immigration officer�s attention before they left ?
I assume they entered the expiry date in the system for my mother-in-law since both applications were processed at the same time with the same officer.
How this can be fixed ?
Is there any way I can call DHS and confirm the I-94 expiry date in the system ?

I am working on my H1B and on I-140 approved Stage. At the same time I have applied for I-485 as Derivative applicant on my wife's application and also got the Advanace Parol.
If I use the AP (obtained based on wife's application) will my H1B got invalidated? My intention is keep my H1B and to avoid the H1B stamping.

My law firm applied my EAD/AP/485 on Aug 13th. I got my Receipt Notices for all three.
My question is where does USCIS send the FP Notice and EAD?
Do they send it to my house address or lawyer?

In case dependent is in India and priority date is current. Will this impact on getting EAD for dependent and primary applicant.

yes. you cannot file AoS while out of country. you can file for yourself, but will have to file for the dependent/s when they return.

I have a frame on my main Window.xaml, when I click a link on the main Window, a Page.xaml page should appear. Only when I click the link, the page should load, but the page like auto runs without even displaying the main window. The main Window disappears in a flash and the Page.xaml appears. I am in the US on H-4 Visa.
I have MBA(marketing) Degree from India and 90 Hour Early Childhood Certification and CPR Certificate.
I have been offered a job for the position of LEAD KINDERGARTEN TEACHER in a private CHILD CARE CENTER in MD.
Query :
A) Does the above JOB qualify as H1B?
B) I checked on FLCDATACENTER to determine the prevailing wage for this job - All Industries Database has a higher preveiling wage than what I am offered. Can I use any other wage source?

Hi Friends,
I have been cheated by a desi consulting company e-Data experts located in Harrisburg, PA. They applied for my labor in December of 2007 and it was audited and finally I was told in June 2010 that it was denied. Actually it was denied in January 2010 but they did not reveal this information intentionally. Now I am in my 6th year of my H1b which expires in March 2011. Can someone help me out how to sue the company for not revealing the information and firstly how can I stay in the country. BTW I have done Masters here and I am with another company now. Appreciate all your suggestions.

My spouse's Advance Parole is expiring in mid February 2010. He is pplanning to travel to India by mid - jan & return back by 3rd feb'2010.
My questions is:
1) Is the time gap of 15 days before the expiry of the AP is safe to re-enter USA?
2) SHould he apply for the renewal of the AP before he leaves? If yes, then if the advance parole renewal approves before he re-enters the country, can he still re-enter on the old Advance Parole document or the old one gets automatically nullified?
3) Should he be in the country during the time the advance parole approves?
The situation is very urgent. Immediate feedback is highly appreciated.

I came to US on L1(worked for 1 year) and then switched to F1 till getting my H1B on May 2005 (which is 2 years old). How many years(3 or 4) do I have left on H1? I mean will the 1 year L1 count towards the total six years allocated for H1B?
